Y VISTOS Y CONSIDERANDO: En atención a que la defensa de S D no ha comparecido a la audiencia fijada para el día 14 de junio ppdo., debe tenerse por tácitamente desistido el recurso en los términos que estipula el artículo 454, segundo párrafo, del C.P.P.N.
