Decreto 1142/2004 CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA DE LA NACION PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALAcéptase la renuncia de un Juez.Bs.As., 1/9/2004VISTO y CONSIDERANDO:Que el Doctor D.Adolfo Roberto VAZQUEZ ha presentado su renuncia al cargo de JUEZ DE LA CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA DE LA NACION.Que, en consecuencia, corresponde proceder a su aceptación.Que la presente medida se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 4, de la Constitución Nacional.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el Doctor D.Adolfo Roberto VAZQUEZ (D.N.I.4.268.357) al cargo de JUEZ DE LA CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA DE LA NACION.ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Horacio D.Rosatti.
