 Boletín Oficial 16/10/02 CODIGO NACIONAL ELECTORAL Ley 25.658 - (PLN) Reforma.

Sancionada: Septiembre 18 de 2002.Promulgada de Hecho: Octubre 15 de 2002.

El Senado y Cámara de Diputadosde la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso,etc. sancionan con fuerza deLey:

REFORMA DEL CODIGO NACIONALELECTORAL - DE LAELECCION DE SENADORES NACIONALES

ARTICULO 1° - Sustitúyase el artículo 156 delCódigo Nacional Electoral (Ley 19.945 - t.o. Decreto2135/83 y sus modificatorias) por el siguiente:Artículo 156: Los Senadores Nacionales por lasprovincias y la Ciudad de Buenos Aires se elegiránen forma directa por el pueblo de las mismasque se considerarán a este fin como distritos electorales.Cada elector votará por una lista oficializada condos candidatos titulares y dos suplentes.

ARTICULO 2º - Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivonacional.
