         Boletín Oficial  28/11/02 REGISTRO NACIONAL DE LA PROPIEDAD DEL AUTOMOTOR Ley 25.677 - (PLN) Modificación del artículo 17 del Decreto ley Nº 6582/58, ratificado por la Ley Nº 14.467 (t.o. por Decreto Nº 4560/73).  Sancionada: Noviembre 6 de 2002.Promulgada: Noviembre 26 de 2002.El Senado y Cámara de Diputadosde la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso,etc. sancionan con fuerza deLey:ARTICULO 1° - Modifícase el artículo 17 deldecreto ley 6582/58, ratificado por Ley 14.467 (t.o.por decreto 4560/73) que quedará redactado delsiguiente modo:Artículo 17: La inscripción de un embargo sobreun automotor caducará a los tres (3) años desu anotación en el Registro.La inscripción de una inhibición general en elRegistro Nacional de Propiedad del Automotorcaducará de pleno derecho a los cinco (5) añosde su anotación en el Registro.ARTICULO 2º - Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESOARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, ALOS SEIS DIAS DEL MES DE NOVIEMBRE DELAÑO DOS MIL DOS.REGISTRADA BAJO EL N° 25.677 EDUARDO O.
