Sancionada:Agosto 20 de 2003. Promulgada:Septiembre 2 de 2003.El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc.sancionan con fuerza de Ley:JERARQUIA CONSTITUCIONAL DE LA CONVENCION SOBRE LA IMPRESCRIPTIBILIDAD DE LOS CRIMENES DE GUERRA Y DE LOS CRIMENES DE LESA HUMANIDAD ARTICULO 1º — Otórgase jerarquía constitucional a la “Convención sobre la Imprescriptibilidad de los Crímenes de Guerra y de los Crímenes de Lesa Humanidad”, adoptada por la Asamblea General de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas, el 26 de noviembre de 1968 y aprobada por la Ley 24.584. ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
