JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase Juez de la Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal de la Capital Federal, Sala I.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ de la CAMARA NACIONAL DE APELACIONES EN LO CRIMINAL Y CORRECCIONAL FEDERAL de la CAPITAL FEDERAL, SALA I, al señor doctor Eduardo Rodolfo FREILER (D.N.I.Nº 14.832.230).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
