PROCURACION DEL TESORO DE LA NACION
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Desígnase Subprocurador.

Bs.As., 22/11/2004
VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la Constitución Nacional.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Subprocurador del Tesoro de la Nación, al Doctor D.Adolfo Gustavo SCRINZI (D.N.I.N° 17.363.098).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
