Texto ordenado 1998 del 13/05/1998; publ. 18/05/1998El presidente de la Nación Argentina decreta:Art. 1.– Apruébase el texto ordenado del tít. III de la ley 23966    de impuesto sobre los combustibles líquidos y el gas natural y sus modificaciones, de acuerdo al ordenamiento que, como anexo I, integra el presente decreto.El citado texto ordenado, elaborado según el índice agregado como anexo II, se denominará ley 23966   , tít. III de impuesto sobre los combustibles líquidos y el gas natural, t.o. 1998.Art. 2.– Las disposiciones de la ley cuyo texto se ordena por el presente decreto, tendrán la vigencia que en cada caso indican las normas que la conforman.Art. 3.– Comuníquese, etc.Menem - Rodríguez - Fernández - Granillo OcampoAnexo IT. o.
