CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA DE LA NACION
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase Juez.

Bs.As., 21/12/2004
VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1° — Nómbrase JUEZ de la CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA DE LA NACION, al señor doctor Ricardo Luis LORENZETTI (D.N.I.N° 11.748.499).

ARTICULO 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
