MINISTERIO PUBLICO
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase Fiscal General ante la Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Comercial.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 5° de la Ley N° 24.946 y el artículo 99, inciso 1) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1° — Nómbrase FISCAL GENERAL ante la CAMARA NACIONAL DE APELACIONES en lo COMERCIAL, a la señora doctora Alejandra Magdalena GILS CARBO (D.N.I.N° 12.600.466).

ARTICULO 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
