Decreto 1906/2004 MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALPromociones.Bs.As., 22/12/2004VISTO lo propuesto por el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, los Acuerdos prestados por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION en su sesión de fecha 16 de diciembre de 2004, lo dispuesto por el artículo 99, inciso 7.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1° — Promuévese en el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, a funcionario de la categoría “B”, Ministro Plenipotenciario de Primera Clase, a los siguientes funcionarios de la categoría “C”, Ministro Plenipotenciario de Segunda Clase:1.Da.Adriana Cecilia ZANUTIGH (M.I.N° 10.428.508) 2.D.Ernesto Carlos ALVAREZ (M.I.N° 10.085.733) 3.D.Jorge Alejandro MASTROPIETRO (M.I.N° 11.451.494) 4.D.Guillermo Salvador AZRAK (M.I.N° 10.126.047) 5.Da.María Celeste KOCH (M.I.N° 13.080.283) 6.D.Joaquín Daniel OTERO (M.I.N° 4.610.072) 7.D.Marcos BRETON (M.I.N° 11.478.409) 8.Da.Olga Lila ROLDAN VAZQUEZ (M.I.N° 10.219.350) 9.Da.Bibiana Lucila JONES (M.I.N° 10.795.567) 10.D.Luis Beltrán MARTINEZ THOMAS (M.I.N° 6.560.474) 11.D.Francisco Miguel FERRO ALONSO (M.I.N° 4.611.545) 12.D.Rubén Eduardo CARO (M.I.N° 12.152.395)ARTICULO 2° — Las promociones dispuestas en el orden establecido en el artículo precedente, deben considerarse a los efectos de la antigüedad a partir del 1° de enero de 2005 y a los demás efectos, al momento de producirse las vacantes correspondientes.ARTICULO 3° — El gasto que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputará a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.ARTICULO 4° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Rafael A.Bielsa.
