As., 1/11/2000VISTO la Resolución Nº 904 del 01 de noviembre de 2000 del registro del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA, yCONSIDERANDO:Que por la misma se aceptó la renuncia presentada por el señor D. Héctor Eduardo MONTERO al cargo de Director del INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE ESTADISTICA Y CENSOS, dependiente de la SECRETARIA DE PROGRAMACION ECONOMICA Y REGIONAL del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA.Que resulta necesario proceder en consecuencia.Que compete al PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL dictar la medida pertinente, en virtud de lo establecido en el Artículo 99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.Por ello,EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINADECRETA:Artículo 1º — Desígnase como Director del INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE ESTADISTICA Y CENSOS, dependiente de la SECRETARIA DE PROGRAMACION ECONOMICA Y REGIONAL del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA, al Licenciado en Economía D. Osvaldo Luis KACEF (D.N.I.
