Ley 25.942

DEPORTE
PODER LEGISLATIVO NACIONAL

Comisión Nacional Antidoping.
Integración.Se agrega un representante de la Confederación Argentina de Deportes.

Promulgada:Octubre 27 de 2004

El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc.sancionan con fuerza de Ley:

ARTICULO 1º — Agréguese como último párrafo del artículo 4º de la Ley 24.819, el siguiente:Un representante de la Confederación Argentina de Deportes.

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.

DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS SEIS DIAS DEL MES DE OCTUBRE DEL AÑO DOS MIL CUATRO.
