Ley 25.946 MONUMENTOS HISTORICOS NACIONALES PODER LEGISLATIVO NACIONALDeclárase al Auditorio “Ingeniero Juan Victoria”, de la ciudad capital de la provincia de San Juan, Monumento Histórico Nacional.Sancionada:Octubre 20 de 2004 Promulgada:Noviembre 10 de 2004 El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc.sancionan con fuerza de Ley:ARTICULO 1º — Declárase Monumento Histórico Nacional, en los términos de las Leyes 12.665 y 24.252, y sus correspondientes Decretos Reglamentarios, al AUDITORIO “INGENIERO JUAN VICTORIA”, sito en la calle 25 de Mayo 1215, Oeste, de la ciudad Capital de la Provincia de San Juan.ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS VEINTE DIAS DEL MES DE OCTUBRE DEL AÑO DOS MIL CUATRO.— REGISTRADO BAJO EL Nº 25.946 — EDUARDO O.CAMAÑO.— MARCELO A.GUINLE.— Eduardo D.Rollano— Juan Estrada.
