LEY 25.956MODIFICACION DE LA LEY 24331 SOBRE REGIMEN JURIDICO DE LAS ZONAS FRANCAS. POLITICA ADUANERA-ZONAS FRANCAS-LEY MODIFICATORIA  Artículo 1  ARTICULO 1º - Sustitúyese el artículo 44 de la Ley 24.331,   y sus modificatorias,por el siguiente: Artículo 44: Si en el plazo de   QUINCE (15) años de formalizado el convenio entrela Nación y la   provincia, no se iniciaren las obras de infraestructura previstasen el proyecto   de instalación, caducará el derecho al establecimiento de la zonafranca   de que se trate.Modifica a: Ley 23.331 Art.4  Artículo 2  ARTICULO 2º - Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
