VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la Constituciónde la Nación Argentina.

EL PRESIDENTEDE LA NACION ARGENTINADECRETA:

Artículo 1º - Desígnase Jefe de Gabinete deMinistros al Doctor D. Alberto Angel FERNANDEZ(D.N.I. Nº 13.482.686).

Art. 2º - El presente decreto será refrendadopor el Escribano General del Gobierno de la Nación.

Art. 3º - Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a laDirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
