Decreto 101/2006

JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Acéptase la renuncia de un Juez de la Cámara de Federal de Apelaciones de Salta.

VISTO el Expediente Nº 152.033/05 del registro del MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA Y DERECHOS HUMANOS, y CONSIDERANDO:

Que el señor doctor Ricardo Munir FALÚ ha presentado su renuncia al cargo de JUEZ DE LA CAMARA FEDERAL DE APELACIONES DE SALTA.

Que es necesario proceder a su aceptación.

Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el señor doctor Ricardo Munir FALÚ (L.E.Nº 3.956.273), al cargo de JUEZ DE LA CAMARA FEDERAL DE APELACIONES DE SALTA.

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
