 Decreto 110/2006 MINISTERIO PUBLICO PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALDesígnase un Vocal Titular en representación del Poder Ejecutivo Nacional para integrar el Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento.Bs.As., 31/1/2006VISTO la Ley Nº 24.946, y CONSIDERANDO:Que conforme el artículo 19 de la Ley mencionada, corresponde designar un Vocal en representación del PODER EJECUTIVO para que integre el TRIBUNAL DE ENJUICIAMIENTO del MINISTERIO PUBLICO.Que la presente medida se dicta en virtud de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 19 de la Ley Nº 24.946.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase VOCAL TITULAR en representación del PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL para integrar el TRIBUNAL DE ENJUICIAMIENTO del MINISTERIO PUBLICO, previsto en el artículo 19 de la Ley Nº 24.946, al señor doctor Carlos Alberto Oscar CRUZ (D.N.I.Nº 7.612.929).ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Alberto J.B.Iribarne.
