 Boletín Oficial 02/06/03 SUPERINTENDENCIA DE ADMINISTRADORAS DE FONDOS DE JUBILACIONES Y PENSIONES Decreto 107/2003 - Designación de su titular.

VISTO la Ley N° 24.241 y sus modificatorias, y

CONSIDERANDO:

Que el artículo 121 de la Ley citada en el VISTOdetermina que la SUPERINTENDENCIA DEADMINISTRADORAS DE FONDOS DE JUBILACIONESY PENSIONES, estará a cargo deun funcionario designado por el PODER EJECUTIVONACIONAL con el título de SUPERINTENDENTEDE ADMINISTRADORAS DEFONDOS DE JUBILACIONES Y PENSIONES.

Por ello,

EL PRESIDENTEDE LA NACION ARGENTINADECRETA:

Artículo 1° - Desígnase SUPERINTENDENTEDE ADMINISTRADORAS DE FONDOS DEJUBILACIONES Y PENSIONES al Doctor D. CarlosEduardo WEITZ (D.N.I. N° 14.728.291).

Art. 2° - Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a laDirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
