VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCIONNACIONAL.

EL PRESIDENTEDE LA NACION ARGENTINADECRETA:

Artículo 1° - Confírmase en el cargo de Secretariode Comunicación Social del MINISTERIODE DESARROLLO SOCIAL al Doctor FernandoJavier GRAY (D.N.I. N° 21.750.585), para el quefuera oportunamente designado por el Decreto N°385/02.

Art. 2° - Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a laDirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
