Decreto 17/2006 PERSONAL MILITAR PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALPromociones en la Fuerza Ejército.Bs.As., 9/1/2006VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO el Acuerdo Nº A103/05, prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION, lo determinado por los Artículos 45 y 49 de la Ley Nº 19.101 (Ley para el Personal Militar) y en uso de las facultades que le confiere el artículo 99, inciso 13, de la CONSTITUCION DE LA NACION ARGENTINA.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Dase por promovido al grado inmediato superior, con fecha 31 de diciembre de 2005, al personal de Oficiales del Cuerpo Comando —Armas— de la Fuerza Ejército que se menciona en el Anexo I, que forma parte integrante del presente decreto.ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCION NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Nilda C.Garré.
