 Decreto 27/2006 MINISTERIO DE SALUD Y AMBIENTE PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALAcéptase la renuncia del Superintendente de Servicios de Salud.Bs.As., 9/1/2006VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la Constitución Nacional.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el Doctor Dn.Rubén Humberto TORRES (D.N.I.Nº 7.851.915) al cargo de Superintendente de Servicios de Salud del MINISTERIO DE SALUD Y AMBIENTE.ARTICULO 2º — Agradécense al citado funcionario los importantes servicios prestados en el cumplimiento de las funciones que le fueran oportunamente encomendadas.ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Ginés M.González García.
