 Decreto 60/2006 PERSONAL MILITAR PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALEstado Mayor General de la Armada.Promociones.Bs.As., 23/1/2006VISTO y CONSIDERANDO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION, lo determinado por los artículos 45 y 49 de la Ley para el Personal Militar Nº 19.101 y en uso de las facultades que le acuerda el artículo 99, inciso 13 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Promuévense al grado inmediato superior, con antigüedad al 31 de diciembre de 2005, a los siguientes señores Oficiales Superiores:1.Cuerpo Comando:Contraalmirantes D.Benito Italo ROTOLO (M.I.7.681.008), D.Eduardo Luis AVILES (M.I.8.333.642) y D.Enrique Salvador OLMEDO (M.I.8.158.198).Capitanes de Navío D.Carlos Alberto PAZ (M.I.10.517.314), D.Guillermo José ESTEVEZ (M.I.10.517.477), D.Guillermo Carlos REY MENDEZ (M.I.10.391.835), D.Omar RODRIGUEZ FERRER (M.I.10.391.902), D.Adalberto José ALLOVERO (M.I.10.391.706) y D.Francisco Antonio GALIA (M.I.8.589.326).ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCION NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Nilda Garré.
