Decreto 708/2006   JUSTICIA   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Nómbrase Juez de la Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Comercial de la Capital   Federal, Sala “A”.  Bs.As., 6/6/2006  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL,   y Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ de la CAMARA NACIONAL de APELACIONES en lo COMERCIAL   de la CAPITAL FEDERAL, SALA “A”, a la señora doctora María Elsa UZAL (D.N.I.Nº   6.266.516).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese.  — KIRCHNER.— Alberto J.B.Iribarne.
