Decreto 711/2006   JUSTICIA   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Nómbrase Juez del Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal de Instrucción Nº 40 de la   Capital Federal.  Bs.As., 6/6/2006  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL,   y Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ del JUZGADO NACIONAL en lo CRIMINAL de INSTRUCCION   Nº 40 de la CAPITAL FEDERAL, a la señora doctora Inés CANTISANI (D.N.I.Nº 20.839.366).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese.  — KIRCHNER.— Alberto J.B.Iribarne.
