Decreto 712/2006   JUSTICIA   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Nómbrase Juez del Juzgado Nacional de Primera Instancia en lo Contencioso Administrativo   Federal Nº 4 de la Capital Federal.  Bs.As., 6/6/2006  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL,   y Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ del JUZGADO NACIONAL de PRIMERA INSTANCIA en lo   CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO FEDERAL Nº 4 de la CAPITAL FEDERAL, a la señora doctora   Rita María Teresa AILAN (D.N.I.Nº 10.540.781).
