Decreto 714/2006   JUSTICIA   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Nómbrase Juez del Juzgado Federal de Primera Instancia de Bell Ville, provincia   de Córdoba.  Bs.As., 6/6/2006  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL,   y Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ del JUZGADO FEDERAL de PRIMERA INSTANCIA de BELL   VILLE, PROVINCIA DE CORDOBA, al señor doctor Oscar Armando VALENTINUZZI (D.N.I.Nº   6.656.452).
