Decreto 716/2006   JUSTICIA   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Nómbrase Fiscal General ante el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Federal Nº 1 de   Córdoba.  Bs.As., 6/6/2006  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 5º de la Ley Nº 24.946 y el artículo 99,   inciso 1) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase FISCAL GENERAL ante el TRIBUNAL ORAL en lo CRIMINAL FEDERAL   Nº 1 de CORDOBA, PROVINCIA DE CORDOBA, al señor doctor Maximiliano HAIRABEDIAN   (D.N.I.Nº 20.345.894).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese.  — KIRCHNER.— Alberto J.B.Iribarne.
