Decreto 717/2006   PROCURACION GENERAL DE LA NACION   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Nómbrase Fiscal.  Bs.As., 6/6/2006  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 5º de la Ley Nº 24.946 y el artículo 99,   inciso 1) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL, y Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION   ARGENTINA DECRETA:  Artículo 1º — Nómbrase FISCAL de la PROCURACION GENERAL DE LA NACION, al señor   doctor Marcelo Luis COLOMBO (D.N.I.Nº 17.762.349).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese.  — KIRCHNER.— Alberto J.B.Iribarne.
