Decreto 719/2006   MINISTERIO PUBLICO   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Nómbrase Defensor Público Oficial ante el Juzgado Federal de Primera Instancia   de Quilmes, provincia de Buenos Aires.  Bs.As., 6/6/2006  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 5º de la Ley Nº 24.946 y el artículo 99,   inciso 1) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase DEFENSOR PUBLICO OFICIAL ante el JUZGADO FEDERAL de PRIMERA   INSTANCIA de QUILMES, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, a la señora doctora Sandra   María PESCLEVI (D.N.I.Nº 17.666.114).
