Decreto 729/2006   PERSONAL MILITAR   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Estado Mayor General del Ejército.  Promoción.  Bs.As., 12/6/2006  VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION,   lo determinado en los artículos 45 y 49 de la Ley Nº 19.101 (Ley para el Personal   Militar) y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 13,   de la CONSTITUCION DE LA NACION ARGENTINA.  Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Dase por promovido al grado inmediato superior, con fecha 31 de   diciembre de 1973, al Coronel D.Juan Jaime CESIO (D.N.I.Nº 4.771.346)  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCION NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO   OFICIAL y archívese.  — KIRCHNER.— Nilda Garré.
