Decreto 732/2006   MINISTERIO PUBLICO   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Nómbrase Defensora General de la Nación.  Bs.As., 12/6/2006  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 5º de la Ley Nº 24.946 y el artículo 99,   inciso 1) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase DEFENSORA GENERAL DE LA NACION a la señora doctora Stella   Maris MARTINEZ (D.N.I.Nº 6.409.589).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese.  — KIRCHNER.— Alberto J.B.Iribarne.
