Decreto 739/2006   MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Desígnase Subsecretario de Fiscalización del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social,   dependiente de la Secretaría de Trabajo.  Bs.As., 14/6/2006  VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL, EL PRESIDENTE DE   LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Subsecretario de Fiscalización del Trabajo y de la Seguridad   Social, dependiente de la SECRETARIA DE TRABAJO del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO   Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, al Licenciado Don Julio César CASAVELOS (M.I.Nº 8.382.231).
