Decreto 98/2006 MINISTERIO DE SALUD Y AMBIENTE PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALDesígnase Gerente General de la Administración de Programas Especiales.Dase por limitada la intervención dispuesta por el Decreto Nº 167/2002.Bs.As., 25/1/2006VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la Constitución Nacional.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Dase por limitada la intervención oportunamente dispuesta por Decreto Nº 167 del 22 de enero de 2002.ARTICULO 2º — Desígnase al Doctor D.Juan Antonio RINALDI (D.N.I.Nº 16.492.145) como máxima autoridad de la ADMINISTRACION DE PROGRAMAS ESPECIALES, en el cargo de Gerente General del citado organismo.ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Alberto A.Fernández.— Ginés M.González García.
