 Boletín Oficial 02/06/03 MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO Decreto 82/2003 Desígnase Secretario de Comercio y Relaciones Económicas Internacionales.

VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7. de la CONSTITUCIONNACIONAL y atento razones de servicio.

EL PRESIDENTEDE LA NACION ARGENTINADECRETA:

Artículo 1º - Desígnase Secretario de Comercioy Relaciones Económicas Internacionales delMINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, al señorD. Hernán Martín PEREZ REDRADO (D.N.I.N° 14.610.971).

Art. 2° - Asígnase la categoría de EmbajadorExtraordinario y Plenipotenciario, al solo efecto delrango protocolar, conforme lo establece el artículo6° de la Ley del Servicio Exterior de la NaciónN° 20.957, al señor D. Hernán Martín PEREZREDRADO, mientras dure el desempeño de susfunciones como Secretario de Comercio y RelacionesEconómicas Internacionales del MINISTERIODE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIOINTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.

Art. 3° - Los gastos que demande el cumplimientodel presente Decreto se imputarán a laspartidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIODE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIOINTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.

Art. 4º - Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a laDirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
