Decreto 1001/2005 JUSTICIA PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALAcéptase la renuncia del titular del Juzgado Nacional de Primera Instancia en lo Comercial de la Capital Federal Nº 8.Bs.As., 22/8/2005VISTO el expediente N° 149.361/05 del registro del MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA Y DERECHOS HUMANOS, y CONSIDERANDO:Que el doctor Atilio Carlos GONZALEZ ha presentado su renuncia a partir del 1° de septiembre de 2005, al cargo de JUEZ NACIONAL DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO COMERCIAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, JUZGADO N° 8.Que es necesario proceder a su aceptación.Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1° — Acéptese, a partir del 1° de septiembre de 2005, la renuncia presentada por el doctor Atilio Carlos GONZALEZ (D.N.I.N° 4.822.221) al cargo de JUEZ NACIONAL DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO COMERCIAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, JUZGADO N° 8.ARTICULO 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Alberto J.B.Iribarne.
