JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase titular del Juzgado Nacional de Primera Instancia en lo Comercial Nº 4 de la Capital Federal.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL, y Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ del JUZGADO NACIONAL de PRIMERA INSTANCIA en lo COMERCIAL Nº 4 de la CAPITAL FEDERAL, al señor doctor Héctor Hugo VITALE (D.N.I.Nº 14.466.862).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
