JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase titular del Juzgado Nacional de Primera Instancia en lo Comercial Nº 25 de la Capital Federal.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL, y Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ del JUZGADO NACIONAL DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA en lo COMERCIAL Nº 25 de la CAPITAL FEDERAL, al señor doctor Horacio Francisco ROBLEDO (D.N.I.Nº 11.768.051).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
