JUSTICIA
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Nómbrase titular del Juzgado Federal de Primera Instancia Nº 1 de Mendoza.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL, y Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ del JUZGADO NACIONAL de PRIMERA INSTANCIA Nº 1 de MENDOZA (Provincia de Mendoza), al señor Walter Ricardo BENTO (D.N.I.Nº 16.090.173).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
