PERSONAL MILITAR
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Promoción.

VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION, lo determinado en los Artículos 45 y 49 de la Ley Nº 19.101 (Ley para el Personal Militar) y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el Artículo 99, Inciso 13, de la CONSTITUCION DE LA NACION ARGENTINA.

Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Dase por promovido al grado inmediato superior, con fecha 31 de diciembre de 2003, al Teniente Coronel de Ingenieros D.Alfredo Esteban URANGA (D.N.I.Nº 11.161.603).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCION NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
