Decreto Nº 1018/2003  JUSTICIADesígnase Juez de la Cámara Federal de Apelaciones de Tucumán.  Bs.As., 5/11/2003  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ de la CAMARA FEDERAL de APELACIONES de TUCUMAN,   Provincia de Tucumán, a la señora doctora Graciela Nair FERNANDEZ VECINO (D.N.I.Nº   5.129.482).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo Beliz.
