Decreto Nº 1021/2003  JUSTICIA Desígnase Juez de Cámara del Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Federal Nº 1 de   Mendoza.  Bs.As., 5/11/2003  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ de CAMARA del TRIBUNAL ORAL en lo CRIMINAL FEDERAL   Nº 1 de Mendoza, Provincia de Mendoza, al señor doctor Abel Guillermo SANCHEZ   TORRES (D.N.I.Nº 16.293.670).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo Beliz.
