JEFATURA DE GABINETE DE MINISTROS
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Dase por designado titular de la Subsecretaría de la Gestión Pública.

VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.
EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Dase por designado, a partir del 31 de octubre de 2005, como titular de la SUBSECRETARIA DE LA GESTION PUBLICA de la JEFATURA DE GABINETE DE MINISTROS, al Doctor D.Juan Manuel ABAL MEDINA (DNI.Nº 20.372.692).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCION NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
