 Decreto 1410/2005  JUSTICIA MILITAR   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Nómbrase Vocal del Consejo de Guerra Permanente para Jefes y Oficiales de las   Fuerzas Armadas.  Bs.As., 17/11/2005  VISTO lo informado por el señor Jefe del Estado Mayor General de la Armada,   lo propuesto por el señor Ministro de Defensa, y CONSIDERANDO:  Que el PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL se halla facultado para dictar la medida idónea   en orden a las atribuciones conferidas en los artículos Nº 19 y 23, del Código   de Justicia Militar.  Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase con fecha 12 de septiembre de 2005, como Vocal del CONSEJO   DE GUERRA PERMANENTE PARA JEFES Y OFICIALES DE LAS FUERZAS ARMADAS, al señor   Capitán de Navío (R.ARTICULO 62), Dn.Esteban Jorge ARATA (M.I.Nº 4.399.757),   quien fuera nombrado por Decreto Nº 1229, de fecha 15 de septiembre de 2004,   por un nuevo período de ley que finalizará el 11 de septiembre de 2009.  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCION NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO   OFICIAL y archívese.  — KIRCHNER.— José J.B.Pampuro.
