 Decreto 1471/2005  MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA Y PRODUCCION   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Acéptase la renuncia de su titular.  Bs.As., 28/11/2005  VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la Constitución Nacional.  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el Licenciado D.Roberto LAVAGNA   (M.I.Nº 4.394.611) al cargo de Ministro de Economía y Producción.  ARTICULO 2º — Agradécese al citado funcionario los importantes servicios prestados   en el cumplimiento de las funciones que le fueran oportunamente encomendadas.  ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese.  — KIRCHNER.— Alberto A.Fernández.— Aníbal D.Fernández.
