 Decreto 1493/2005  MINISTERIO DE DEFENSA   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Acéptase la renuncia de su titular.  Bs.As., 1/12/2005  VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la Constitución Nacional EL PRESIDENTE DE   LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el Doctor D.Juan José Bautista   PAMPURO (M.I.Nº 7.866.827) al cargo de Ministro de Defensa.  ARTICULO 2º — Agradécese al citado funcionario los importantes servicios prestados   en el cumplimiento de las funciones que le fueran oportunamente encomendadas.  ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese.  — KIRCHNER.— Alberto A.Fernández.
