 Decreto 1494/2005  MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL   PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL  Acéptase la renuncia de su titular.  Bs.As., 1/12/2005  VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la Constitución Nacional EL PRESIDENTE DE   LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por la Doctora Da.Alicia Margarita   KIRCHNER (M.I.Nº 5.438.876) al cargo de Ministra de Desarrollo Social  ARTICULO 2º — Agradécense a la citada funcionaria los importantes servicios   prestados en el cumplimiento de las funciones que le fueran oportunamente encomendadas.
