Decreto 150/2005

SERVICIO EXTERIOR
PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL

Desígnase Representante Permanente de la República ante los Organismos Internacionales en Ginebra.

VISTO lo propuesto por el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, y de acuerdo con las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 7.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º Trasládase del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO a la Misión Permanente de la República ante los ORGANISMOS INTERNACIONALES EN GINEBRA al funcionario de la categoría A, Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Alberto Juan DUMONT (M.I.Nº 4.619.769).

ARTICULO 2º Desígnase Representante Permanente de la República ante los ORGANISMOS INTERNACIONALES EN GINEBRA, al señor Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Alberto Juan DUMONT.

ARTICULO 3º Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputarán a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.

ARTICULO 4º Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
