Decreto 150/2005 SERVICIO EXTERIOR PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALDesígnase Representante Permanente de la República ante los Organismos Internacionales en Ginebra.Bs.As., 22/2/2005VISTO lo propuesto por el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, y de acuerdo con las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 7.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Trasládase del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO a la Misión Permanente de la República ante los ORGANISMOS INTERNACIONALES EN GINEBRA al funcionario de la categoría “A”, Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Alberto Juan DUMONT (M.I.Nº 4.619.769).ARTICULO 2º — Desígnase Representante Permanente de la República ante los ORGANISMOS INTERNACIONALES EN GINEBRA, al señor Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Alberto Juan DUMONT.ARTICULO 3º — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputarán a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.ARTICULO 4º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Rafael A.Bielsa.
