Decreto 151/2005 MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONALTraslado de un funcionario.Bs.As., 22/2/2005VISTO el Expediente del registro del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO Nº 7644/ 2005, atento a razones de servicio y en uso de las facultades conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 7.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:ARTICULO 1º — Trasládase de la Embajada de la República en la REPUBLICA DEL PARAGUAY al MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, al señor Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Félix Alberto CORDOVA MOYANO (M.I.Nº 4.615.342).ARTICULO 2º — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputarán a las respectivas partidas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO para el presente ejercicio.ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Rafael A.Bielsa.
